During the massage, she makes it feel like we’re working on the problem together—I focus on breathing properly while she targets the tight, painful spots, and it honestly makes the session twice as effective. She’s also very easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable.
The studio itself has a wonderful atmosphere—spacious, beautiful rooms where you actually want to stay for a few minutes after the massage to rest and reset. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and I love the little touches like water and nuts available after the session.
