Our renovation journey began about a year ago when we had another slab leak in our 43 year old home. This prompted us to get our whole house re-piped. As you can imagine, there were holes all over the house, so there’s no better time than now to get the renovation of our dreams started.
First, we attended a breakfast meet and greet event with the Seapointe Designers. We were paired with our designer, Jacqueline Fortezzo, who helped us through each step. Several meetings later, she had color renderings for us to review before construction started.
Second, we set a start date and met with our project manager, Chris Cerretani, who was able to work directly with our HOA rep. He was super-efficient with weekly communication on the progress of our renovation.
Third, the construction team: Danny, Jose, Rudy, Ryan, Eric, John and Shane ---ALL went above and beyond to reinvent our home!

“I had requested for a quote for the Garage cabinet. Kevin came to make measurements and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Kevin worked with me for a design and the price was competitive. The installation team worked hard and finished it within 8 hours. It took around 2 weeks from a final design to the installations. “I decided to redo the outside area around my house. Removed everything, landscaping, driveway, walkways and back patio. Even had to rebuild a cinder block wall that my old tree roots had destroyed. Not a small project by any means. LMX Builders were great. They took care of permits, coordinating with subcontractors, most everything that was needed they took care of it. I used pavers for the new driveway, walkway and patio. They did a fantastic job. And the stone work was just as good. Built a new planter and had some columns faced with stone. Anytime a problem came up Yaniv was on it right away. Never had the feeling I wasn't an important customer.“

“USA Home Remodeling did our bathroom remodel on our old 5x8 bathroom. Our house was built in the late 50's. This is the first time any major updates have been done to this bathroom. Quote came in around the same price as another company. ($1500 more) Issac does a great job laying out a plan of what it would look like on his computer. With this being an older house, you don't know what kind of surprises you are going to run into. I would budget for some unknown issues. We are very happy with the finished product!!! “Eddie and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Their quote was very competitive and they stuck to our budget, with no hidden costs. All of the workers were very friendly and punctual , we never had a incident of them being late or worse not showing up at all. While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. At the end of the day Eddie told me what they were going to do and did what he said he would do, to me that's all you can ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend Elegant Construction.“

“Bathroom renovation was completed in a professional manner. Project Manager was continually involving us with information about next steps and offering us different options for the project. The demolition of tile and removal of bathtub was completed with care to immediately remove the mess and leave our home in a clean usable condition. This was very effective to calm our nervous feelings. Price was fair and transparent. I will use Ohtani Construction again and highly recommend them for any project you may have.“
