“I can't say enough good things about Computer Concepts and the owner, Adi! I initially took my Epson HOME CINEMA 4010 projector to another repair shop (Ashton Electronics), and unfortunately, the problem was misdiagnosed, and I was significantly overcharged. My gut feeling told me something wasn’t right. I rejected the quote, paid the diagnostic fee and picked up my unit. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and came to Computer Concepts after that.

Adi was amazing—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. Not only did he accurately diagnose and fix the problem, but he even took the time to show me the part he replaced, which really built my confidence in his work. I honestly wish I’d gone to him first and saved myself the frustration (and the lost money for the other company to incorrectly troubleshoot my projector). If you're looking for someone who truly knows Epson projectors, I can’t recommend Adi and Computer Concepts enough. I imagine he takes the same care with all the products he and his team services. I don't usually like to make a point to negatively effect other people's business but given what happen I think it is important to warn people. Don’t make the mistake I did by going to Ashton Electronics for a projector repair. Adi is the real deal, and I won’t go anywhere else from now on!“

I had just dropped 2500$ on a fresh pc build (9070xt and 9800x3d) and needed someone to build it because I didn't want to risk damaging my hardware. When I dropped off the parts they told me it would take about 5 business days which is reasonable but then about 3 hours later they called me and told me the build was complete. The cable management was beautiful and the performance was more than I could have hoped for. They were very knowledgeable and they for sure knew what they were doing. 10/10 service.“

“I had a frightening experience recently when a key hard drive stopped functioning and I was unable to access the data for a specialized imaging unit. The hardware provider was supposed to back up this drive to my server and cloud but apparently failed to do so. I was in a terrible situation. I called several hard drive recovery companies and they advised me the drive would have to be shipped out of state and would cost thousands of dollars to recover the data. When I called Vin at Geek Force, he asked me a few questions to assess my dire situation. He felt he had a good chance at helping me and asked me to drop off the drive at his office. I soon got a call back and he said he would be able to retrieve the data using his equipment. He was able to transfer the data to another drive and saved all of my important data! For significantly less cost than I ever imagined. Vin understood the stress I was under and worked promptly to solve my problem. He's very compassionate and honest.
