Peace of mind!!! Don is very professional and will give the best advice on any issue you have with your computer! My gaming latop was making a scary vibrating noise by the gpu fan. Don not only fixed it for me but gave some quality knowledge on my next build. Im going to get a desktop!His charge is very low! Please take care of him! =)

I've run my computer repair from home since 1998 so I can charge less than brick and mortar stores & I'm open longer. BUT I don't fix physical damage like cracked screens. My focus is Customer Service. From being available at convenient hours to free brief phone consults. That means taking my customer's point of view, not the Cable Company's, not Microsoft's, not Apple's. I can come to you for $100 hour or you can drop off your machine at my place in West Hollywood for a flat rate of $100 (plus parts) no matter what needs done. Usually it can be picked up the next day. I'm more consumer/small biz based and I am less familiar with large business networks.
