Took my laptop in for a repair. John immediately took a look and said my hard drive most likely was dead. Didn’t try and upsell me anything and even though he took about 20 minutes trying to fix it, he didn’t charge me in the end. Very honest and great service. Thanks John!

John was awesome. He took me in 10 minutes before he closed and helped reset my late father’s computer password. He also gave me a complimentary USB-C converter for my MacBook Pro out of courtesy.
He explained the process to me thoroughly and recommended next steps. I highly recommend anyone to come to John for any assistance with computers. The best thing is his service. The 2nd best thing is he is next to In-N-Out.
