They thoroughly examined all aspects so when they found that my laptop was causing a long term issue, I completely trusted their judgement and advice, so bought a new laptop, again, with significant guidance from them. I've been going to Computer Doctors for the past ten years when I've run into hardware challenges, and cannot recommend them enough. The past couple of days was but one more example of why I do, Victor being able to diagnose the issue by running diagnostics and recommending best options to solve it. They are clear, concise and generous with their explanations, and I always learn something in the process. They are also so easy to work with and I trust them implicitly with the protection of my sensitive business and personal data. Why would anyone go elsewhere?
