I had a minor issue with a docking station and the service here was excellent. Comp-Pros advised me it would be less expensive to NOT use their service and they took the time to show me where to go to fix my issue. I wish more businesses had this level of fast, direct and honest service.

Andrey is a great guy, cares about his customers and gives you good advice. He was unable to retrieve my laptop data (HD critical h/w damage making data irrecoverable); but did his best, did not charge me, and recommended options to prevent future issues. Will go back to him if I get another computer issue.

Great experience! You can tell this guy has a lot of experience. I brought in my PC that was BSOD after installing new RAM cards / some other things and he plugged it in, helped me figure out what was wrong for about an hour and didn't even charge me. Highly recommend and he's funny too. Note: the store is on the second floor even though it's unit 301. Thank you!
