“My Dell Desktop that I purchased at the end of Dec 2014, would not boot. There was some data that was not backed up. I took my computer to Instant Solution Technology to recover my lost data. They determined that the 256 GB SSD drive was defective. They recovered all the programs and data on SSD Drive and copied onto a new 500 GB SSD drive. “Excellent service! I needed a battery for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm pretty handy, so I youtubed how to replace the battery - forget it, it's VERY complicated and a genius is needed. It would take almost a week for Apple to replace, but only took 24 hrs at Mac 911 (once I had the battery!). They supplied all the necessary information, were pleasant and my computer was returned with a new battery, and all cleaned up! Will definitely come back!!“
