I was looking to get set up on a new mac mini and called John to find out what would be involved. I told him I had a friend who had offered to help me but wasn't sure I could trust my friend's judgment and John gave me a free consult. He explained what he would do and why he would do it and also warned me about potential pitfalls of not having enough storage. He didn't try to rush me and kept answering my questions. He seemed really desiring to be of service and very experienced. John really helped me to understand what was happening with my computer in language that even a semi-Luddite like me could understand. And he quickly fixed those things that had been problematical for a long time. It also helps that he has a loose style--not rigid. He's now my go-to guy for computer help. He also has a cute Irish accent.

No Problem Mac excellent! John has done excellent work for me with my mac. Very knowledgeable, fast and does what is needed. Readily available for any follow up questions I have had. It's a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him!
