My partner's gaming laptop had a system issue due to liquid damage, and the trackpad was not working. The technicians here FULLY restored the system and the trackpad! They were also very thorough with communicating the progress of the repair.
Randomly, the trackpad stopped working, and of course it would happen just at the end of the warranty window (All transactions have 30 days warranty only). I called the establishment in hopes to still be able to get the trackpad checked out, and Geo (the technician) was kind enough to let me bring it in!

Incredible service!
I had just dropped 2500$ on a fresh pc build (9070xt and 9800x3d) and needed someone to build it because I didn't want to risk damaging my hardware. When I dropped off the parts they told me it would take about 5 business days which is reasonable but then about 3 hours later they called me and told me the build was complete. The cable management was beautiful and the performance was more than I could have hoped for. They were very knowledgeable and they for sure knew what they were doing. 10/10 service.
