“It's a nice gym and there's plenty of free parking. There's plenty of machines and the gym is kept very clean. Staff is friendly too. This gym has lockers, showers, and a small co-ed hot tub as well as a co-ed sauna.“

“I took Reiki Training & Certification Levels 1 & 2 with Ksenia and she is SO professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She is like if Reiki was a human being! She was so patient and took the time to answer all our questions, gave us a wealth of information for us to use in our future practice and had wonderful energy. Thank you Ksenia for an amazing experience that I will never forget!“

“Took a sculpt class at the new Hollywood location to check out the new studio (I usually go to Woodland Hills). I was greeted by Marie K who also showed me around the studio. As for the workout, I loved it! The playlist, the temp and humidity level, and the sequences. Marie makes sure you have the proper form, which is super important.“

“Had my initial treatment with Dr Liu. He is empathetic, he listened and validated my pain. I haven’t felt this relieved in a long time. He is honest and forthright. He wants to make sure you get healed with the least number of visits.I’ll definitely keep seeing him and recommend his services to family and friends.“

“I have been coming to this gym for almost two years with my family. I love this gym because it is near my house, and most people are really nice and friendly, especially the trainers Mauricio and Ramon. Since I met them, they have always been friendly with me and my kids. I really recommend this gym for everyone who is looking for something small and compact.“

“Here's an overdue review for Aeriform. I trained regularly with Onyx, Lauren, Will, and Kris when I lived in LA for a year and absolutely loved their classes, which included pole, hoop, and stretch. The manager, Lea, is very accommodating and genuinely supportive of the community, unlike some other pole studios in LA that view clients as mere cash flow. While it's a small studio and the poles are a bit on the older side, the classes aren't overly crowded, so you'll enjoy a semi-private training experience in some of them.“

“An amazing yoga studio. I went here at least a few times a week for over a year, before my move. All of the teachers are incredible and the classes offered have a good variety of skill level, type of yoga, and schedule. The terrace and main studio have a lovely desert-y aesthetic, and there is fresh cold water. The management is responsive, kind, on top of it! Such good vibes.“

“Such a great workout! Stephanie and her team were really pushing me to my physical limits in ways that I didn’t even realize would be a challenge. Learned a lot about my posture and some stuff that I can use in day to day life as practice for getting my back straightened out. Can’t wait for my next one!“

“This is a long overdue review. I've been bringing my seven year-old daughter to the kids class for a few months and we both really love it. Sensei Ford is great with the kids and really strikes a perfect balance between serious teaching and playfulness. We tried a couple other places before finding him and none of them worked out -- my daughter has some social issues and severe ADHD and other instructors just couldn't keep her engaged. Sensei ford somehow managed to keep ALL the kids engaged. He is kind, energetic, fun, funny, patient, serious, disciplined, and understanding, all at just the right moments. He coaches the kids well and the room is often filled with laughter while also keeping a sense of purpose and growth (in fact, one might even say 'continuous improvement' as the name says). I hope someday my daughter will move like some of the more advanced kids that have been there a while =o)As an added bonus, there are good sushi, ramen, doughnuts, and a 7-Eleven in the same parking lot. How can you go wrong? Seriously.“

“I asked Francisco to put together a private mini-retreat session for my girlfriend and me. he listened to what we were experiencing in life and based on that, he put together a beautiful day to reflect, connect, purge, relax, and just be. We had a beautiful experience and look forward to going back. Francisco is warm, giving, open and made us feel very relaxed," and comfortable.“

“I would definitely recommend this Pilates/Yoga studio. I had the opportunity to do private classes, as well as group Springboard and Reformer sessions with different instructors and I simply loved it. All of them are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and caring. I just signed up for their 12-month membership after being out of the country for two months, I was looking forward to coming back and continue working on my mind and body. ?“

“Onika is an amazing trainer. I’ve had about 4 trainers in the past and to be honest, I never really stuck with their programs after a while. What makes Onika unique is that she does not only help you physically, but she makes sure to help you on a deeper level. She has weekly check ins where she asks how was your week, what were your struggles, strengths, how your workouts went, etc. That for me has made a huge difference in my weight loss journey. Her meal plans were tailored to my needs and was not a cookie cutter plan that most trainers give. She’s always positive and motivating and will kick you in the butt when you need it. She has truly helped me to change my perspective on fitness and I’ve learned that the journey starts from within and then you can transform the physical. Overall, I’ve just truly enjoyed her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to venture out on their Weightloss journey and need extra support.“

“Warm, welcoming, and well-lit yoga studio with teachers that bring a wealth of knowledge on stretching and strengthening the body. Beverly is a teacher that is classically trained and her practice is centered in breathwork and alignment. Her practice is comprehensive but she does not push students beyond their capacity - I especially don't want to feel so tight after yoga that I need a neck and shoulder massage. Yoga was designed to be both strengthening and relaxing, and Silverlake Yoga teachers bring this balance to their work.“

“This is one of the best yoga studios I have been to. Regretfully, it no longer offers Restorative Yoga classes. I often reminisce about Shari Goodhartz and her Sunday afternoon class held here.“
