“I have had a very odd problem with my 2001 Honda for the last 3 years. Sometimes my key would not work . i found out that my car had been bypassed because of a past car alarm installation and no other lock smith i went to would even touch my car . Not Edgar . Edgar took care of me and answered all my question. he was very respectful easy to talk to . He removed the bypass without disabling my viper alarm and was able to make me 2 keys that are chipped . now my car starts immediately , and is more secure. haven't had any issues with it , im pretty darn happy right now . ill be coming back to this place for anything alarm or key related .“

“Carlos cut two new ignition keys for my 1981 Yamaha motorcycle. I did remove the ignition cylinder from the bike and brought it to the shop to make it easier. When I first called and talked to Carlos he mentioned that with the cylinder in hand he would be able to look it over and estimate the cost and would call me for approval. Didn't get the call, he just went ahead with the rekeying, the cost turned out to be very reasonable so I was okay with it, but if it had been high cost and no prior approval it might have been an issue.
The new keys work smoothly and easily. Sometimes duplicate keys don't work smoothly, they don't want to turn easily or get partially stuck and you need more force to turn them, but no such issue with these, very happy with the quality.“
