They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.

The Physical Therapists at CoastTherapy understand the inner connections of all the body parts, and each of them has their own unique strengths. If you have a hand issue, you may or probably have a forearm issue from it being over worked as well. They take care of the parts that need taking care of and they actually listen to the client. Other Physical Therapy businesses limit the therapy strictly to the injured body parts. I’ve had very bad experiences at several other PT places and was told that because of the type of hand issue that it would never get better… EXCEPT, I was actually making great progress.
