He set me up with an emergent, same day appointment.
Not sure about the process or what to expect, I was apprehensive from the start.
Once in office I felt comfortable that I was in the right place. With a calming sense of knowledge of what I was experiencing he went right to work!
I felt immediate relief and over the course of a few weeks of adjustment, I am back to doing my normal work and exercise routine.
So grateful for Milam Chiropractic!!

13891 Newport Ave #285, Tustin“UPDATE to add that I came back after being diagnosed with endometriosis. Niki and Megan have been on my post-op team and I will not go anywhere else for pelvic PT :)
I was told to consider pelvic PT ten years ago due to dysfunction while lifting heavy weights. It took more severe and more painful symptoms to finally do it - learn from me! If you’re considering it, take this as your sign to start. And do it at Sarton 🧘🏼♀ the clinic feels less like a medical facility and more like a spa - but it’s still research-backed and evidence-based.
I have had sessions with both Dr. Morgan and Dr. Niki and I highly recommend them both as providers. They were incredibly knowledgeable and beyond that, they created a space where I felt encouraged to share my experience and symptoms. That’s unfortunately not a given when it comes to discussing women’s health. Specifically with pelvic floor dysfunction in the gym, I saw improvement within weeks of starting PT with these skilled practitioners. They also empowered me to seek diagnostic clarity with my OB-GYN.
The only reason I discontinued care was to utilize a provider in my insurance network.“

210 W Main St #104, Tustin“We are so happy we were recommended to Dr Laila & her team at Vitality Medical Center. My son has improved tremendously after only a month of treatment. He was hit by a car 2 years ago. His injuries have gotten worse over time, and eventually because of his limited mobility he had to resort to a wheelchair. He has had many visits to the ER and seen multiple specialists, but Dr Laila is actually helping him get out of the wheelchair and walk, reducing the headaches, reducing his jaundice, sleeping more than 2 hours at a time due to pain and having to go to the bathroom so often, and overall pain. The best part is that he is able to spend more time with family because he is feeling better and not so agitated due to all the pain and inabilities. You can see sergio's story on Bodyworkdoc on instagram“

1431 Warner Ave STE D, Tustin“I am currently doing PT & ARP wave therapy at Kessler Family Wellness for the last 2 months. Arp wave therapy has been phenomenal for strength & rehabilitation for me. I have improved use of my left arm and hand which have had nerve damage for over 20 years. I am working with Hiro who is extremely motivating & knowledgable about body mechanics. Both Hiro & William Kessler(owner) keep my motivation high! The overall positive vibe here is infectious?and everyone really cares.
I have been very pleased with every aspect of Kessler Wellness and the great rehab therapy options they offer. From front desk, PT’s, doctors, plus the owner…..they all get a 10 out of 10 in my book. I highly recommend them if you have pain or an injury.“

14661 Myford Rd STE C, Tustin“Dr. Lin and Dr. Park
Over the summer of 2025, I was assaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life.
Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a “physical therapist,” I don’t think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided.
Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body.
One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention.
This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom.
Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered.
Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive.
I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself.
I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect.
Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.“

2953 Edinger Ave, Tustin“I was assigned a client here with my agency and was able to participate in some of the programs they offer. My first impression once I stepped inside is that they've absolutely invested a lot into the machinery they have here. The bigger equipment reminded me of the HBO show Westworld, and it's a fascinating sight to see. It was also a relief to find out that it is a non-profit organization that takes donations. They have many instructors, therapists, and employees to assist them. Mark, the director, and Orrin were very kind, as well as Deanna and Robert. There's a schedule that the clients follow depending on the day, and the cognitive classes were really insightful and inspiring. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to observe the improvement and rehabilitation of the students in recovery. The only downside was parking since it's sort of packed, and the train station is practically adjacent to the building. Since there was some construction going on, it was a bit difficult to navigate through, but it was my first time visiting such a facility, so it was eye-opening.“

“Nicole was beyond amazing. She really knew how to stretch me. I could really feel the stretch but it wasn’t over done. I felt great after I left and when I walked I could notice a better stride.“
