“Got referred to Phil after a Labrum Shoulder Surgery. I had gone to another Physical Therapist before but it was difficult to get back to normal everyday use. Phil was able to figure out the correct routine for my rehabilitation. I was met with professionalism, sincerity and deep knowledge of various exercises. After months of shoulder rehab I was slowly able to get back normal range of motion but also strength and stability . Apex has all the equipment needed for rehab, strength and conditioning. “Great experience with Dr. Pastrmac. Went in with a deviated septum, mid-back and tailbone issues, and a frozen right shoulder. I am visiting town, so was only able to get 3 sessions with him but he helped all of the issues.Dr. Pastrmac is a structural engineer before he moved to chiropractic, which seems like a great combination and his approach and interventions seemed logical and felt really beneficial.“

“I fractured my ring finger in September. The minute my doctor mentioned physical therapy, I immediately requested RTA for therapy. I received therapy in the past and received excellent care. I wasn't able to be seen right away because no openings were available, but I was totally okay with that because they are worth the wait! Today was my last session and I doubled my strength in my left hand as compared to when I first started. I hope I don't injure myself again with my crazy lifestyle I live, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to RTA!!“

“One morning, my back muscles locked up while getting ready for work. I tried to stretch the muscles all weekend long. My wife scheduled an appointment with Twins - Irvine and it was a great decision.I hobbled into their office and Dr. Manas took x-rays of my hips and spine. Sure enough, my spine was out of alignment. He recommended a basic re-alignment of my spine, loosen the muscles of the lower back in a treatment plan that would consist of 24 sessions.Note, I could not walk very well without having back spasms and could not stand up very well. When Dr. Manas conducted the re-alignment of my back, in three different spots, he popped my back and the relief was very welcome. I was able to stand up from their chiropractic table on my own and able to walk without any pain. It was amazing!!!I went in for my second appointment where Dr. Manas continued to work on my back. Again, my back popped all over and especially in the middle of my spine. Welcome relief!!!The only downside... Twins Chiropractic is not within my health insurance network. That means I would have to pay everything out of pocket, which is not affordable at this time. I will need to find a different chiropractor, which is such a disappointment because I would have kept going to Twins Chiropractic.Otherwise, thank you!“
