“I just wrapped up the 21-day Standard Process detox with the help of Courtney, and let me tell you — I was thiiiiiis close to building a tiny shrine to coffee on day three. Luckily my husband was sweet enough to let me sniff his coffee each morning and it seemed to do the trick 😂 But somehow, it flew by!
