The professionals at Change Sports Physical Therapy are amazing! Matt Swift, owner, diagnosed my shoulder/back issue right away and designed a program to get be whole again! Periodic "checks" were made, and I was provided some effective "at home" exercises that supplemented the onsite visits. I have nothing but praise for Matt and his team that were focused on my health and recovery. I have already recommended Change Sports Physical Therapy to a few friends. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I feel very comfortable going in each time and they take the time to evaluate your situation and your progress. I highly recommend them and will continue my therapy sessions with Change Sports Physical Therapy!

Everyone is so kind, love that they take my insurance and are so open/flexible and overall easy to deal with. I sprained my ankle and wasn’t even sure if I needed “help” after my first appointment I felt amazing. I have a couple more appointments so I’m exited to go back!
