That's the thing about Mel: she's so good that her client base is really built around word of mouth!I've been going to Mel before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and continuing through postpartum and now. Throughout all seasons of life, or just simply week to week or activity by activity, Melanie brings a wealth of experience to make the proper decisions on how to massage, heal, and rejuvenate one's body. I'm a teacher; one time during a busy wave in the school year, within 2 minutes, she cracked my back whereas in the summer when I'm more active, she notices and hones into my specific muscle areas. She tends to an individual based on their varying needs session by session. I believe her work history has been working with doctors and chiros and thus, she has a long list of know-how and intuition when it comes to the body.When I was in my 20s, I hopped from one massage to the next randomly depending on when money was available for leisure or luxury. Now I view my monthly sessions with Melanie as an investment in my health and overall well-being. All the staff are friendly and professional, happy to help you. I also love that it's next to Trader Joe's and I can get in a little shopping trip at the same time, super-convenient.“

“I was very fortunate to find this wonderful kinesiologist Bren!It happened by such chance that it was definitely meant to be. I have been living with serious neck, sciatica, and back pain for about eight years now. I had regular chiropractic and massage therapy treatment, but since I have moved to Huntington Beach, I was at a loss for what I would do and then I met Bren. I do believe she was sent spiritually as a gift to me just to ease my pain. After the first visit, I was absolutely convinced she had the knowledge and the techniques to continue working with me and my body and my pain.She was very familiar with how sciatica works and how to treat it. She is aware of every tendon ligament and muscle in your body. She does a great job with stretching, massaging and manipulating all of them along with a technique called lymphatic drainage. She helped my pain immensely and I will be seeing her every week in the beginning to get my pain under control. She is also very pleasant and communicative about your needs and what she is doing.“

I went to get a massage from Shawn to help with the back pain, and he helped with so much more. He used techniques I’ve never received from other massage therapists, he was kind, patient and walked me through his techniques while educating me on the purpose behind it. He helped me through an emotional release from the grief I was holding from the loss of loved ones I had just experienced. I didn’t realize that all that pain and trauma was also affecting me physically. I left the treatment feeling lighter, like a weight had been lifted off my chest. The pain melted, and I felt like I was able to move and breathe better. I am so thankful for my experience with Shawn, and I’m looking forward to my next massage!!“

“Dr. Peter is the real deal! I went to him a few short months ago barely able to walk and experiencing extreme and constant lower back pain. He was so thorough with my intake exam, ordered x-rays, ultra-sounds and nerve tests which none of the other Chiropractors I've been to have ever done.After my first few visits, I felt so much trust for him that I brought him my 14 year old daughter and we both could not be happier.His adjustments are just right, it almost seems as though he is reading your pain with his hands or like he feels with his hands what you are feeling and he knows just when and where to apply pressure or loosen up. Just when I thought he was the most amazing Chiropractor ever, he went and ordered me a custom back brace with multiple detaching pieces, multiple adjusters and even a traction pump that helps my back adjust to the new position that we are aiming for - AND he did all this through my insurance, I didn't have to worry about a thing! I literally cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his team!“
