We did a full medical history intake before the treatment and then we worked together to come up with some nutrition and lifestyle changes I felt good about doing that will help with my anxiety (didn't even know we could address this during a facial!). “I started to see Rumiko after going to physical therapy for tendinitis in my right hand. On the first visit, Rumiko took her time with me, asked me pertinent questions, and managed to find the tender points. She then reassured me that the needles would not be painful.After the first visits, I felt a noticeable improvement in my hand dexterity and right arm tightness.A great, professional therapist that really takes her time to learn about what's wrong and apply the proper acupuncture.prescription.
