I had a water heater issue at the apartment complex where I work, and the team from CHC really stepped up. From the first call to the final fix, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with.

What stood out most was how far they went to help get everything resolved. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem thoroughly, explained what was going on in plain terms, and worked efficiently to get hot water restored for our residents. They also coordinated well with other vendors and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
