“I’m, Irina Mikhaylova, am really thankful for the nurses. Especially Darina, for her advice, attention, help in my recovery after surgery. If I need to, I would use this company again and I would advise that all of my friends use it.
I am thankful for your company.“

“I highly recommend Dr. Blenio. I threw out my back and was in a lot of pain. With only a few sessions I am feeling back to normal and able to take care of my 2 year old. Without his help, I would have been recovering for weeks. I really appreciated how thoughtful he was to my individual needs as a patient, and felt heard and respected the entire time.“

“I had the pleasure of working with an incredible personal trainer, Tayo, for almost two years, and he helped me get in the best shape and version of myself for my wedding. I had gained weight during covid in 2020 and he helped me lose the weight, gain muscle, confidence, feel the best version of myself and getting in the best shape of my life. Tayo was very committed to my success. Tayo's passion for his work was evident in every session we had together. He wasn't just a trainer, he was a motivator, a mentor, and a genuine cheerleader throughout my fitness journey. Has positive energy encouragement pushed me beyond my limits, and I found myself achieving milestones. What sets Tayo apart is his genuine care for his clients. He wasn't just interested in the numbers on the scale, but he actually cared about my overall well-being and confidence. His attention to detail and ability to tailor workouts to my strengths and weaknesses made each session challenging yet incredibly rewarding. I love the feeling I get after I have a good workout with Tayo. All the trainers and staff at fitSF are incredible and know what they are doing. You can tell by seeing how happy their clients are at the gym. My wedding day wouldn't have been the same without training at FitSF studio for the big day and I'm forever grateful for the positive impact Tayo and FitSF studio had on my life. They are truly amazing people. I'm no longer working out but I miss seeing Tayo, John and some of their regular clients and trainers there!“

“From the beginning of my theraphy of a fractured left foot, Leada was very professional and had a concern for what my therapy would be. She listened to what my goal was which is getting back to my Zumba and has helped me tremendously. She has given me wonderful exercises not only to strenthened the broken bone in my foot but exercises for the back and hip to keep everything aligned. Thank you Leada.“

“I’ve been seeing Shah for about seven years now, and he has been an incredible gift in my life. I have an S-curve scoliosis, with both curves measuring around 48 degrees, and Shah has been instrumental in my lifelong journey of pain management and preventing further progression. I truly don’t know what I would do without him. His knowledge and kindness are unmatched. I only wish I had found him in my teens—back when more progress might have been possible, instead of being steered toward surgery by orthopedic surgeons who rarely offered alternatives.“

“I’ve been working here since 2019. I can truly say it is a very friendly, clean, and amazing place to work at. The patients that come in for rehabilitation leave in good condition, almost back to how they were before they came. The staff here is like family always working together as a team to ensure the patients are well taken care of.“

“My mom recently sustained a pelvic fracture (basically the butt bone from a fall-I told her there is a new meaning to a pain in the butt!). It is quite a painful type of fracture actually. She had a great stay at Sutter Mills Peninsula on the orthopedic floor. Every staff member we met was wonderful. People helped us that weren't even assigned to her and with a friendly smile. Even the manager (I believe her name was Pat Jones-forgive me, if I get it wrong, I am doing it from a poor memory as it is and didn't get a chance to write the names down). Anyways, she is the manager on the orthopedic floor and she even came into help me move my mom to the bed. Many managers won't even do this calling for help, but she was right in there helping and explaining things about pelvic fractures, the lift devices, etc. She was amazing. It was a great, cohesive team all working with each other that I observed throughout the stay from CNAs, nurses, case manager, etc. Also noted that the floor was very calm which was peaceful and nice. I have been around many hospitals and many are chaotic, not peaceful, busy and this was very nice. I am sure they were busy but when they were with you, our nurses were very attentive to my mom. All the nurses that were assigned to her were wonderful, capable and had a good bedside manner. I am sorry I did not get every nurse's name, but Marilyn was her day nurse and I think there was a Gina (not sure, but I think I remember that name on the board). Hope the hospital looks up their names on the days my mom was there and give them kudos from us and let them know they are on Yelp! THANK YOU for as pleasant a stay that we could have given a fractured pelvis! And I am in the medical field, so I know good care when I see it as I come from the best facility (albeit retired early) ;)!“
