“My mom is hesitating practicing the exercise at home because she did not know why she does this. She knows her pack pain, but she also worry doing exercise would exacerbate. We bring this doubt to the doctor, and he is very kind and explained how the Spondylolisthesis is and how these exercise could help her muscle. In here we feel safe to ask any questions we have.”
“Tracy is truly so amazing!
I used to see the gym as a huge challenge, but my goal to live my healthiest and best life really motivated me to get a personal trainer. Tracy is my angel! We chatted about my health goals, and she’s delivered. With Tracy’s guidance, training, and kind, fun demeanor, I’m now standing tall (literally) and so much stronger.”
“I come to Healthwell for my hypermobile EDS and everybody I’ve worked with is amazing! Janica, Sonam, and Emily are all wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone I know with hypermobility or EDS.”
