I have worked with this company, and I'm very happy with everything that they did.
They started with a 3d design of our space and gave us a fair price, the have dine the project very fast and easy for me and my family.
Isaac was the manager who was in charge of everything, I have to say that he definitely knows what he is doing, and he communicated with us every day.
Thank you. 1 Smart build, you are an amazing construction company
We will us you in the future

they are really fast
We hired 1 Smart Build to build a 1200 sqft ADU in our backyard, and we are thrilled with how it turned out. Anyone who has done major construction knows how stressful it can be, but their crew made the whole process straightforward.
They handled all the city permits and zoning requirements for the Woodland Hills area without any delays, which was a massive relief. The framing, plumbing, and finish work are top-notch - the place feels like a true custom home, not just a quick backyard add-on. Most importantly, the team actually showed up on time, kept the dirt and noise to a minimum, and stuck to the original budget without sneaking in hidden costs.
