“I scheduled a termite and dry rot inspection with Advanced IPM, and Ronny came out promptly to closely inspect my house. He was very professional and thorough and answered all of my questions. One piece of rotten trim was found, and a reasonable estimate was given to replace it. Jeff and crew did great work replacing that rotten trim board, and while recaulking other trim boards, more hidden dry rot was found from behind, which they also replaced. They were very careful to replace rotten backing boards as well and spray Tim-bor and carefully paint the trim. Very happy with their service and the quality of the work done.“

I live near an open land that is now being turned over for condos. The solution that Defender uses to keep the bugs away is super powerful. We don't see ANY bugs and we can't smell what is sprayed when Bill provides the service. They treat the garage, interior, and perimeter of my house every other month. They get rid of any cobwebs, wasp nests that they find, etc. and even in the months that they don't come, we only see an occasional silver fish or pinch bug. I love that I can change the frequency of their visits, and the price is very, very reasonable.“

A few got into the house still at first but by the time the next treatment was due, I stopped seeing them in the house. Treatment works because I find them flipped upside down and dead outside. What a sigh of relief every time I see them dead.We’ve been using Noble Way for a year and JJ is our technician. He is great! He is always on time, professional, courteous, and informative. I learned a lot about those little pests from JJ and how the pesticide works, so I’m not as freaked out and calling them to come back when I see one alive because I know the cockroaches will eventually die after they crossed the treated area. JJ is great at controlling the cockroach, spiders, and other pests issues. He knows his chemicals well. I couldn’t live here if I kept seeing the cockroaches inside the house lol Thanks JJ!“

“When I had a rat infestation the service technician took extra steps to figure out how they were entering the garage. Then he repaired the places they were entering. The company was also great about picking up dead rodents that were trapped. I wish we could have done a trap and release but I don’t think they offer that service. They also were very helpful in identifying that the next critter that got in was a squirrel not a rat! He came in through a hole in my roof that was newly made.“
