I see Garrett and he's been taking care of me since my ankle injury (July '24) and now post ankle surgery. Naturally I wanted Garrett to continue being my PT because I'd like to be able to get to full strength again and I know he can get me there. His leadership with his aides is on point and each one from Ian, Kiana, Dylan, Billy and Ken have all been amazing (sorry if I misspelled anyone's names). They know exactly what they're doing and give precise instructions but also care to make sure you're not encountering any pain or doing an exercise wrong. I've made a lot of progress post surgery and couldn't be happier. Additionally, I can't leave a review without mentioning the front office staff, shout out to Kat and Marissa!! Right when you walk in, there is always a sense of feeling welcome as their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge are what sets them apart!! Thank you In Motion O.C. for providing the best PT & helping me towards my recovery!!!“

First and foremost, the gym is stunning and the darker interior creates a safe, calm, and intimate vibe. I love all of the machines and equipment they offer and the bathrooms are perfectly lit and always clean.
The group classes are very fun and challenging. The format is easy to follow and they have coaches walking around the room to ensure our form is good. Each workout can be modified so don't be intimidated if you're a beginner! The workouts are innovative and effective. Make sure to always sign up when they have a challenge workout! It will humble you.
THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Love every single one of them and they are always so helpful when I need assistance. They're also fun to talk to and they love it when we loiter at the front desk ;)
The biggest takeaway is that Ark helped me overcome gym anxiety and limiting beliefs. With regular gym memberships, I would go in and work out with my AirPods and leave. At Ark, I get to meet awesome people so it feels more like a community. The group classes are transformative and educative because the coaches help me with my form and they challenge me to add more weight or reps because they know I have the capacity to do so.

I started my fitness journey back in January but needed motivation to get in the gym and work out so I decided to sign up for personal training. My start weight was 187 back in June. Dominic is great to work with, he's very knowledgeable and gives great feedback and advice on food choices. He's very flexible and accommodating. During the workouts he will demonstrate proper form and help you correct your form to avoid injuries. He has an educational background on physiology so he's the best when it comes to seeking advice on stretching and workouts to target certain problem areas. Feedback on diet is always positive, they don't follow restrictive diets more so modifications to meet your calorie goals which is great! My current weight is 166, so In a span of 3 months I've manage to get towards my goal weight with Dominic's training. 10/10 would recommend training with Dominic!“

A lot of our veterans in the gym and community are always welcoming and sharing equipment with all of us. I feel much more confident now about my fitness capacity, especially since I can see the huge improvement in my performance from my marathon and triathlon sports. Thanks to Caitlin, Matt, Kim, and other coaches for all the great tips and advice when we are doing the workout. Can't wait to become a CrossFitter in the future.“

Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.“

The small group setting provides accountability, which has helped me stay committed. Even though drive to fitness center takes me 30+ minutes sometimes after work hour due to traffic, individualized attention makes it worth it. With the smaller class size, I receive personalized guidance on proper exercise form, which has really helped me build a consistent exercise habit. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it's nice to work out alongside others my age. The environment is welcoming and supportive--highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay motivated and improve your fitness!“

Every time I'm there, the studio is clean and organized, the staff is very welcoming, and the members who get bone scans are always so happy about their results. Most of them say they're not taking the bone medications either! I will definitely recommend this program to anyone asking about drug-free ways to increase bone density. ?“

I've been going to gyms for 50 years and can tell you that Rex is one of the most knowledgable trainers with whom I've worked--his knowledge of physiology is strong and his temperament is super approachable. Also--way better showers than most gyms.“

“I’ve been going to Chuze almost every weekday for the last five months, so…. this is what I think..Chuze is great. I go to use the treadmill, which DOES NOT have a time limit! You can go past the hour mark and not have it shut down on you like every other gym (super nice for distant runners!). Unfortunately, the ellipticals do stop on the hour, so I usually wait for it to timeout before restarting, or I just leave (only using till my knee heals).Chuze has great temperature.I’ve tried Planet Fitness and it’s unbearably hot, like suffering every minute from the heat (I think it’s so you’d leave sooner).It’s so much cooler at Chuze, especially in the morning or after 10pm. It can get stuffy with a lot of people, but I run and I still find it better than PF.For weekdays I aim to go 4am-6am, or 10pm-close. Other times can get crowded.Other things I love:-Cleanliness-Friendly Staff-Turf area (I just started using)-Chuze Rewards (So close to first free month!)-Plenty of wipesDislikes:-Fountain water (taste gross! I bring my own)-Can get crowded-People’s kneesOverall, great gym!Not gonna stop going“
