Both my husband and I have crazy work schedules, but Brandon has always been accommodating with us. He pushes us without putting us at risk for injuries. He's personable and fun. “I absolutely love this gym. The team is incredible, the members are wonderful, and it feels like we're all working towards the same goal together - staying healthy and kicking butt and taking names while doing it! They really set you up for success - a great intro program (UTP) that leads into a more long-term maintenance/growth program, nutrition tracking, a variety/flexible times for classes, and the support and inspiration to keep moving and grooving. I'm so excited to be on my journey with this incredible team and cannot thank them enough for all their encouragement and guidance.“

“If you’re serious about progress- Mike is your guy!!! I’m 5-3” and what you call “skinny fat” and never felt the need to take my physique seriously. So finally I made the decision and I did it for my health. And let me tell you, he is helping me to hit all my goals and I’m only 1.5 months in and already see MAJOR progress. He’ll push you just enough during the sessions with the goal of always increasing your strength. I have never been on a diet of any kind, let alone a calorie deficit diet counting macros, but he has made it so easy for me to understand the concept. And it’s truly become a lifestyle at this point. I’ve learned SO much so far from health and nutrition to proper form and technique. Look no further if you’re looking for results and for a trainer to take you seriously and get you to your goals by keeping you accountable and giving you the right nutrition AND fitness education. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. 10/10 recommend!“

“I have been training with Cindy since Feb of 2020. Since that time I have gained so much strength and feel like I'm in better health now (just turned 60) than I was in my 40's. She really cares about her clients and always asks how your body is feeling before we start. She works around my occasional lower back flare up issues. She always mixes things up, and trust me you will get a great workout in only 30 minutes. She works within a physical therapy office and has access to confer with the PT's. Great trainer, sweetheart of a person, you will love her!!!“

“Tyler is the new owner, I have trained with him for several years. Tyler has helped me rehab my body through several major joint replacements. I have had several trainers over the years and he is the best. The gym is always clean and the atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Don't hesitate to call and sign up.“

“It was my first time fitness training and having a personal trainer. I could not be more happy to have jump started my fitness journey at this place! I have nothing but good words to say about this training facility and the people that make it so great. I had JP as my trainer and I couldn’t imagine anyone better to have trained me. From the beginning, JP was personable. He acted as an equal, never above and he had a great balance between personal and professional qualities. He pushed me when he had to but really listened to how I was feeling and doing throughout sessions. I was never particularly a gym person, let alone someone who would lift weights. He made sessions fun and less intimidating. One of the biggest qualities I appreciated throughout these 6 months was JP’s perspective on food. Going into training, food was quite a sore topic for me. JP provided me with excellent knowledge on the balance with food. He encouraged me to incorporate the things I liked to eat and educated me on a happy balanced diet. This was probably the most significant takeaway I’ve had these 6 months and I am grateful to have had a trainer with this mentality! JP really gave me the tools I needed and I can’t wait to continue to implement all that he has taught me from the way machines work to eating on a calorie deficit and still liking the things I eat.A big shoutout to Drew as well! From the moment I scheduled my first training session to the last, he was immediately on top of any issue or concern I had. He was also such a friendly face to see during sessions!All that to say, if you are looking to start training, I definitely recommend this place!“
