I’ve been going to Train with Dave and working out with Braedon for almost two years. It’s been life-changing for me. I’d been on the fence about getting a personal trainer for some time. Ultimately I decided I needed the accountability, and maybe also someone to push me. It’s been the best investment into myself and my longterm health. Not only did I lose 25 pounds in the first 5 months, but I also achieved a fitness goal that I’d had for almost a decade, which was an unassisted pull up. I cannot recommend this place and the people here highly enough!
