I’ve been working with Anthony for about a month. I always look forward to my workouts with him. The environment in the gym is positive, and everyone is friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend choosing Fit Defined for your personal training needs.Update: It's now going on 6 months, and I am noticeably stronger with visible muscular hypertrophy. :)

I discovered Fit Defined on Yelp while searching for nearby gyms, and the positive reviews immediately caught my attention. I was in a place where I needed some guidance and motivation to get back into shape. I reached out to Fit Defined through Instagram, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Victor responded. He was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and arranging an orientation with Coach Anthony. Had such a great experience here! Been going for over a year now to get ready for my wedding and Brian has been so helpful! I feel so much stronger and confident. The fact that it’s a private gym which only provides one on one training is fantastic! I highly recommend training here for anyone and everyone regardless of experience. Absolutely fantastic!!
