I joined Crossfit for the first time, and I couldn’t have picked a better place! Crossfit DRS has such genuine, amazing people who want the best for you and truly care about you. I’ve seen so many drastic changes in my body since joining here and feel so much mentally and physically stronger. Excellent place. Sent my 8 year old to train there and end up signing up myself. Very welcoming and feels like family. Very knowledgeable staff that cares about kids and adult students.
My son joined Krav in March of 2025. The first day he walked in he was so nervous and shy he wouldn’t even stand up straight. It took one class and an exceptional coach for all of that to change. He’s always been a social child but struggled with self confidence when in front of others and thanks to Krav my husband and I have seen him grow into a child who keeps going when things are hard, and his self esteem is something we even strive to have!
