My experience with Estevan was very professional and prompt. His customer service and communication skills are top notch! Thank you!For management: My build back is insurance covered and bound by their pricing. I would suggest Balanced Comfort invest in using the known insurance company software to give the customer a more detailed /matching quote. I would also suggest having a team that deals directly with the insurance adjuster on behalf of the customer.

Ruben and Joseph were instrumental in doing a full re-pipe in our home; it was a massive project and they did an amazing job! They kept us informed and updated of progress everyday, and their patience was amazing because we asked so many questions. Ruben and Joseph were thorough, concerned with quality, and very kind; they had customer service at the forefront of the work they did for us! I would have them address my plumbing needs anytime!

He had a wealth of information and suggested we replace our angle-stops that are quite old.He is also going to replace our toilet tank parts in the near future.He was very professional and informative.
