I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Maximum Air. My elderly parents who live in Dinuba had an old unit that finally died in late November 2023. Jeff was understanding, responsive, fair and genuinely kind. He gave us the best price with the least amount of stress and did everything he said he was going to do. He did such a great job with our replacement in 2020 that I had no second thoughts about asking him to help my parents and I'm glad I did!! Thank you Jeff!!

So, Maximum Air installed my current AC unit in 2009. I left them and have had a competitor (Lee's Air) maintain the system over the past 3-5 years.Today, I was made aware of a potentially dangerous situation by the competitor company re the AC unit. The competitor raised the issue but did not confirm nor rectify the situation. They only left me with a huge replacement cost quote and a lot of doubt.I contacted Maximum Air since they installed the unit to have them come out and check the system for safety. Had another company come out to service my A/C. They immediately shut down my unit and said they could not service it, it was too old and wouldn't be able to find parts. Said it was not safe. A friend referred Maximum Air. I called and they sent out Anthony. What a great guy. I got on the roof with him and he showed me all I needed was a cleaning. The other company was only trying to sell me a unit that they would have charged me at least $10,000 for. Instead, Maximum Air sent me Anthony and I got my unit turned back on and serviced for $95.00. Thank you Maximum Air for being an honest and prompt business. You made my year!!!!! SR
