Called Roos Heating & Air at the last minute for my brother, and they had a technician out the very next day. John Y was the technician who arrived. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and asked if we had any questions before getting started.
He was thorough, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue, showed us pictures of the problem, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. After replacing the faulty part, he got our unit up and running again.

Great experience with Roo’s. I met with the owner, Ruben on a Sunday. He gave me a good deal on a new system. He had the install team at my residence the next day. The install team was professional and courteous and completed the job in one day. Great work !
Purchased a new Lennox system from Roos Air Conditioning…John Q was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. Crew that installed were very thorough and quick. installation and cleanup was done quickly. We did have some issues and called the company and they sent someone out quickly. We were the most impressed with John Yotoun. He came out and instantly knew what the issue was..fixed it..and explained it all to us. Very knowledgeable, professional, confident and friendly. If we need any further maintenance we would definitely ask for John Yotoun.
