I needed someone to service my heating/cooling unit at my rental property and found J's Heating & Cooling after doing a Google search. Adella on the phone was great to work with. Once I had secured a time slot, there was so much communication from them to let me know when they were en route, who was going to do the service and then a call after the job was completed. I HIGHLY recommend J's Heating & Cooling and I will be using them from here on out for any future heating/cooling needs.

Technicians are professional and courteous. Scheduling an appointment with the company has been a rapid response with a quick appointment date. Company has always guaranteed their work. The owner is very nice and thoughtful as well...
