First of all, I have to say their customer service is OUTSTANDING! We started out just wanting to replace our water heater. We shopped around and Costless was by far the best price! Costless does not charge to come out and give estimates. There were quit a few places that did. Sam and Nathan came out and not only were they so nice, but very professional. They came out to give us an estimate on the water heater replacement and while they were here, I asked if they could also give us one to replace our VERY OLD Ac/heater unit. They did so with a smile.
