I have been using Specialized Air for all of my properties for the last year or two and have been very pleased with their promptness, professionalism and quality of work at a very fair price.

We had a new HVAC 3.5 ton system replacing our nightmare HVAC system that First American Home Warranty has been paying to patch up for 3 years,when it was 25 years old & needed REPLACED. SPECIALIZED AIR CONDITIONING resolved my issue and had our new system installed before the 3rd person FAHW wanted to send out could be assigned. I canceled FAHW...what a joke. I can't say enough about this company. Top rated, very reasonable, and they care and are passionate about what they do. I would give them 10 stars? . Keep up the excellent work. We are extremely happy with our new system.

I cannot add anything new to my previous review:"Specialized Air provides friendly and professional services. Their business was highly recommended to us by a friend, who uses them to service his own unit and mother’s. They installed new air ducts in the crawl space beneath the church to our A/C unit; and ever since then, our system operates at optimum levels.
