“Late night, mild emergency. Wait times were good but could have been because of the late hours. Either way, the attentiveness was great and they were able to assess me in a reasonable time, assure me that I was going to be fine, and I that I would be seen soon so I could hang tight. After a bit, they even pulled in an extra set of hands to get me taken care of the right way. I've had less considerate care at other Urgent Care facilities when more staff was available. The fact there was enough staff to take care of me well was an equally good indicator of the quality of care. I'd wager it is safe to trust this facility with a range of issues.“

Dr. So is not only incredibly organized and professional, but he also genuinely listens and cares. I’ve never had a doctor so prepared before the visit, so attentive during, and so proactive after. Juliette was the nurse that came in to take vitals. She was so kind and helpful. The doctor that came in that day was Dr. Majer. We have seen Dr. Majer before here. “Dr Leung and his nurses are great. I come to him for my yearly physicals and any general medical concerns. He always takes very good care of me. He is my PCP and I will keep him as my PCP. However, there needs to be dedicated admin staff at the clinic. It's difficult to get a hold of someone for various things (appointments, request a prescription to be filled, etc...). I rarely get a call back if I leave a voice message as well“

“after going to the ER & two other urgent cares in the area in attempts to get a cyst drained with no luck i stumbled across this place. this place is AMAZING. they had me in the room in no time and roxana was able to help me drain my cyst, and was the sweetest person ever towards me given i had been in a terrible mood and in a lot of pain.
