“First of all, when i called the office, a real person answered the phone. Not an AI automated voice directory. Then I asked if they accepted my vision insurance and the person on the phone replied they did. I asked how long were they booked out for an eye exam. She told me they could schedule me in just a few days. Day of appointment, I went in and the office is huge. No crowded areas and lots of selection of frames. Dr Ng gave me an exam and he was very nice. He took the time to explain the test results and recommended to me what would work best and helped me get the right contact lenses as well. Then, Tonya helped me pick my glasses and helped me with the options for my lenses. Then she clearly explained the costs and breakdown of the charges. The entire staff was pleasant and nice.
