The best thing is how nice and easy Ian is to work with— he wasn’t trying to force us into any upgrades or talk us into products we didn’t want, his prices were extremely fair given that he installs true hardwood, and he took time to show us all the options for our floors in his showroom. “I am so glad I called My Flooring Experts. We had previous estimates and felt so much more comfortable with Nir (and team) hands down. When we got the quote for new hardwood floors, the price was more than we could handle due to the glued down engineered wood floors that had no more life needing to be demo'd and disposed. As an alternative Nir talked to us about laminate floating floors and we had no idea the quality was so high. Although not significantly cheaper than wood, the ability to leave our old floors saved a great deal of money. Nir came back and tolerated my constant mind changing, always with a kind smile. Once decided- the office staff was amazing and RAYMOND, our installer, was beyond talented. We are three days in with our new floors and so so happy. “When we purchased our home, there was existing damage to the marble floor in the bathroom. Eddie and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage. The floor now looks as lovely as I’m sure it did when installed.

Eddie was very responsive and knowledgeable. He gave me helpful advice about how to keep the repaired marble in good condition and also provided further advice about the other marble surfaces in my home. The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. “I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Matthew! They went so above and beyond to help me and they weren’t even focused on making a sale. From the minute I walked in carrying a piece of flooring with mold on it just trying to match it, they were incredibly kind and patient.

I explained that I only needed to replace part of the floor to cover it with peel and stick tiles, and instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, they walked me through all my options. They even warned me that peel and stick tiles might not stick well to my existing finish and said sanding it would help.

They were genuinely trying to help me find the most affordable and practical solution, even suggesting I could simply use a piece of plywood and sand the area to make it leveled rather than replacing the whole floor until I’m ready to remodel. Who does that anymore?

They were so friendly and patient, never made me feel like I was being a bother, and took the time to explain everything, even how to remove my floor vent so I could check the thickness of my floor when we were trying to match it! I went in two days in a row and they were just as helpful each time.

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“
