“Found Eddie on Google. Just from the first phone call I realized I’m talking to a professional.

I had my tileman apply a sealer on one of my client’s limestone floors. great installer, apparently not enough experience with sealing tiles; he used an enhancer sealer, which after talking to Eddie I realized that was the issue - Limestone doesn’t take enhancer sealer well.

The fact that Eddie identified the issue so quick just made me realize he is the right guy for the job.

He showed up when he said he will, as soon as he finished he sent me photos and the clients are happy.

What else can you ask for?

The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. “We loved working with Brian's Hardwood Floors. We did a major refinishing of our white oak floors that required splitting the job into separate projects. Brian was with us every step of the way, including initial inspection, planning the phases, making sure his workers understood what was required, checking on progress, and final walk-through. His workers, Henry and Jose, were excellent! Highly skilled, courteous and made a personal effort to make sure we were satisfied. We felt like we had friends doing the project. And Joanna in the office was always accessible to take our calls and emails. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with construction at our home.“

“Pulsar construction completed a full remodel of our master bathroom down to the studs. This included moving a wall to expand the bathroom, and repiping our whole upstairs (beyond the master bath) to replace the old, leak prone copper piping with PEX.

We’re so happy with the results - the level of craftsmanship from Pulsars work is top notch, and we’re reminded of that everyday when we use the bathroom. Further, we have peace of mind knowing that the work we can’t see (behind the walls) was completed with the same level of quality.

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“

Not sure about the other mixed reviews in here and surely case by case review.. but my experience in using South Bay carpets with Joshua in the lead was Awesome!
