I had my tileman apply a sealer on one of my client’s limestone floors. great installer, apparently not enough experience with sealing tiles; he used an enhancer sealer, which after talking to Eddie I realized that was the issue - Limestone doesn’t take enhancer sealer well.

The fact that Eddie identified the issue so quick just made me realize he is the right guy for the job.

He showed up when he said he will, as soon as he finished he sent me photos and the clients are happy.

Cesar re grouted and restored three bathrooms with marble tile that had deteriorated over the last 20 years of heavy use. He is a master at his craft with decades of experience - he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and skillful to the extreme. The result was jaw dropping and far exceeded expectations. Everything looks brand new. Thank you Contempo, Cesar and Matt (my flooring rep).“

“Pulsar construction completed a full remodel of our master bathroom down to the studs. This included moving a wall to expand the bathroom, and repiping our whole upstairs (beyond the master bath) to replace the old, leak prone copper piping with PEX.

We’re so happy with the results - the level of craftsmanship from Pulsars work is top notch, and we’re reminded of that everyday when we use the bathroom. Further, we have peace of mind knowing that the work we can’t see (behind the walls) was completed with the same level of quality.

Something else which stood out about Pulsar is how they responded to an unforeseen issue which came up. They immediately took responsibility and resolved it. Having worked with numerous other contractors, I can confidently say this is not the norm.
