The 2XM team did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors from start to finish. First, helping me select the right product was a breeze because Mario made himself available to drop off samples and measure my place the same day since he had a project nearby! Next hardwood purchase, delivery, demolition, install and cleanup all came together nicely with Melvin & team. They showed up promptly at 8am daily and with a tight schedule, they had my floors installed 3 days early. This old home had lots of leveling challenges which they also smoothed out! Great job, the place looks new!
Mario, the owner is super knowledgable on floors. His guidance in getting the right flooring for me was tremendously helpful and I couldn't be happier with how nice the wooden floor looks in my condo. Mario also went out of his way to attend to every detail and even was helpful with areas not directly related to the floor and came back a couple of times to attend to some issues that came up after the flooring was done. I strongly recommend this honest, trustworthy, hardworking and customer friendly place.
