Have been going here for 7 years. Just took our 2 dogs for their annual checkup and Dr Li was great! So patient and kind, and not pushy about paying $1300 to clean one dog's teeth.
I am dismayed that they are owned by private equity, but I can't find a Vet who isn't.
The staff are professional and attentive. They clearly care about the animals. Booking appointments, follow-ups, and getting refills are painless. And the vets are great. We work primarily with Dr. Li, and she's fantastic.
The staff there are very kind and extremely patient. It was my shy Australian Shepard's first trip to a new vet after coming home from the shelter. Special mention to Karissa who went the extra mile to help coax my girl across the threshold and into the waiting area. We couldn't have hoped for a better first impression.
