TLDR, 5 stars and make sure to ask for John.I found rat droppings in our basement and heard scurrying in our attic last month. I searched Yelp and had three vendors come to my home to provide a quote. I selected Already A Better Choice because John:1. Was by far the most thorough in evaluating potential entry points to block2. Offered a reasonable and competitive quote3. Didn't resort to scare tactics that some folks deployed (e.g., pictures of the worst case scenarios, exaggerated health risks etc)I've been incredibly impressed with John. I've been hunting for a good pest company, and had to encounter 2 previous ones actually treat my home for separate incidents in the past 2 years. This company is truly the better choice. They're quick to respond, polite and agreeable on the phone, and really fair pricing. We most specifically appreciate John, who they sent to help us with our water bug issue. John is thorough, straight forward and hard working. We even appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes when walking through our house. A small attention to that detail makes us feel that he does mind our home, ontop of the detailed work he had done to treat it. We highly recommend!!
