“Review Update: 13-Month Performance & Service Assessment

Although the floor developed significant gaps shortly after the one-year warranty expired in February, the company stepped up to resolve the issue. After a slow start in communication, they prioritized the repair and sent a technician to fix the gaps.
I have attached the Before & After photos to show the results. While the initial installation had recurring issues, I appreciate that the contractor took responsibility and completed the repairs even though the formal warranty period had ended.“

Most of the other stores were several hundred dollars more. But the difference for me was how nice the people were at OC home flooring. No pressure sales . Gave me a quote , was willing to work with me on various options, and just overall nice people. They even gave me a demonstration on how to assemble the cabinet.
