Wally's Carpet & Tile in Upland, CA has been in business for 71 years. Customers had a great job done and were pleasantly surprised by the company's history. The staff were patient and helpful while customers struggled with choices of style and color. Work was done in 3 to 5 days. The crew moved furniture, took out old flooring, installed new flooring, and put back furniture. Great workmanship and professional work-crew guys were easy to deal with. Start to finish went smooth, and the crew was punctual and clean by end of day. Customers had a wonderful experience, with extremely professional and knowledgeable staff who answered all questions and showed incredible patience. They came to the home to take measurements and understand the space, guiding customers to choose what worked best. Their advice made a big difference, and customers felt confident every step of the way. The whole team was kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Installers were courteous and efficient, and customers were completely pleased with all interactions. Tom and Kevin were friendly and helpful, and their installers worked quickly and cleanly. Customers are very happy with their new carpet and highly recommend Wally's for quality flooring and excellent service.
Hail, worthy Wally’s of Carpet and Flooring, true artisans of the hearth! Three years past, when I did purchase mine home, some knave laid cheap flooring that crumbled and peeled within the first year, leaving me to suffer its lifting torment for two long winters more. Yet upon thy arrival, thou didst banish the wretched boards and install the finest flooring in all the realm—now my abode gleams in splendor and comfort everlasting!

I had a wonderful experience with this flooring company! From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and showed incredible patience throughout the entire process.
What I appreciated the most is that they came to my home to take measurements and really understand my space. They didn’t just try to sell me something they truly guided me and helped me choose what would work best for my house.
