It seems everyone knows Rudy at Carpet Station in Chino. He, and really everyone at Carpet Station, is earnest and friendly. He is well-versed in all the products for floors and windows, and makes suggestions based upon budget, style, and needs. The store is much much more than carpet!We’ve used Carpet Station for three complete homes and been very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness, and skill of each LVP installation team. Water damage led me to need new carpet. Michelle was awesome to work with. She helped me pick a carpet for my daughters rooms. The installation was timely and well done- I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend Carpet Station for your flooring needs!

I called this place looking for carpet padding. The man who picked up the phone asked what kind of padding, thickness, and how much square footage I needed. I told him I would be there in an hour or so. When I got there it was already cut, rolled, and wrapped. Awesome customer service! No waiting! If I ever have to redo carpet, I will be going back here!
