Although the floor developed significant gaps shortly after the one-year warranty expired in February, the company stepped up to resolve the issue. After a slow start in communication, they prioritized the repair and sent a technician to fix the gaps.
I have attached the Before & After photos to show the results. While the initial installation had recurring issues, I appreciate that the contractor took responsibility and completed the repairs even though the formal warranty period had ended.
A friend introduced me here. I compared several flooring stores and finally chose this one. The floor laid out has a very nice texture and the color is very high-end and authentic. It's not of poor quality. The salesperson was also very enthusiastic. I hope the boss's business will get better and better.
