I called 4 gutter cleaning services (including this one) in the last week for my elderly moms home in San Ramon. She needed her gutters cleaned badly and she was nervous about getting any roof damage (since they have to go on the roof), and she also wanted to make sure the gutters were cleaned out really well- & that it wasn't a half a$$ job. After speaking with Howard Bass, the owner of House Prep, and asking him several questions, I felt that they would be the best choice for my moms house. They were booked out 2 weeks and I asked him to call me if they got a cancellation. We needed a gutter repaired. Howard was very responsive to my inquiry and was able to squeeze us in sooner than expected. Jeffrey came out to diagnose and fix the problem. He also fixed some roofing issues at the same time. The work was very efficient. Howard and Jeffrey are pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We would definitely hire HousePrep again when we need repairs or gutter cleaning.

I have been using HousePrep for over six years for gutter cleaning and roof maintenance. Howard and his crew are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They do great work at a fair price and make good, helpful recommendations / assessments. They are also very responsive in urgent situations.
