“My Central AC went out called Nexgen and what a show they put on 3 hours running around the house with meters telling me how I need new ducts etc long story short have me a price of 27k out of thier minds , I called harbor and next day Xavier and Khalif were dispatched and immediately examined my unit told me what I needed new compressor and coil , no new ducts and other stuff nexgen mentioned they were very honest courteous and gave me honest estimate and saved me alot of money . They booked my appointment few days out and Frank and Team showed up they were professional on time did an excellent job . I have a 9 yr old special needs little girl and they came thru and my lil girl had AC ! I thank them the whole team great employees and most importantly they didn't try to take advantage . “I've been considering a whole house fan for over 5 years. I shouldn't have waited so long !Liz was amazing with the quote and explaining the processOn installation day, Dave and his guy (I forgot his name-sorry) was amazing. Both are knowledgeable and did a great job explaining how the whole house fan (WHF) and gable fan worked together.Install took less than 2 hours start to finish.The results are even better than I expected, the gable fan keeps the 2nd story cool during the height of heat- middle of the afternoon. You'd think the WHF was running but it's not needed til it cools outside at night.I'm very excited for the summer to come to see how much it saves in AC.“
“Had a slab leak in my garage, called and had a technician out the next day. Robbie new exactly what needed to be done and scheduled the work within the same week. Robbie came back out to do the work and found a lot of extra pin hole leaks in the pipe and managed to fix them all the same day, cleaned up the garage, rerouted the line and went above and beyond putting the drywall pieces he cut out back in place. Great experience overall.“

“I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. Brent and Quincy were a great install team--very attentive to details, and that's what I liked because I know they made sure it got done right. They were also patient with me and answered all my questions about the system after install. My job consisted of getting rid of the furnace on ground level, building a platform in the attic in a tight area, and installing a whole new heatpump and return in the attic/ceiling. Ultimately I went with the X-series ac pro, and it's nice and quiet. Very positive experience.“

Greg and his wife are nothing short of AMAZING.I have been doing some remodeling around my home and -- I will save you the long story.I blew a fuse in my AC unit and the night before my appointment Greg called me and said he really thinks its an easy fix that I could do myself. He felt bad charging me the trip charge to come out there and do a simple fix. Not only did he tell me exactly how to fix it myself, but I (annoyingly-- sorry!) called him multiple times to ask questions "is this right?" "is this what I need?"
