“For our condo there are a lot of requirements for working on plumbing because it's a big condo complex And luckily Southwood is one of the preferred vendors because they already had their license and insurance on file. I was wary of it because usually it means they would be overpriced but I was actually really happy that it wasn't. The price was more than reasonable and they worked with my and the HOA schedule to make it work. They did a great job and I'm really happy that they did.<br><br>More recently I wanted to do another work on my own place and thought of them. Denis the owner called me and let me know that they would need some time to figure out whether the part would fit and once again were honest and said it's probably 2 hours work so he charged per hour which is reasonable.<br><br>Overall I'd totally consider using them for my plumbing or water heater jobs.”
